On September 9, the 2016 Southern African-Nordic Centre (SANORD) conference held its keynote panel after two days of papers presented on the topic of Public Management and Health Governance.  The panel featured Her Excellency, Dr. Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, the president of Mauritius, Professor Kerstin Stahlin, the Secretary General of Humanities and Social Sciences at The Swedish Research Council, Dr. Collen Masimirembwa, President and Founder of The African Institute of Biomedical Science and Technology, and Professor Heila Lotz-Sisitka, the Murray & Roberts Chair in Environmental Education at Rhodes University.
